You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of 399o.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 399o and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 399o has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

399o makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its content. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 399o does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information obtained through the Platform.

399o reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon publication of the revised Terms on this page.
